Xinpo Jiang has more than 20 years of experiences in R&D developments for biologicals and developed many cell-based and biochemical assays.  He works for catalog product development at GenScript, focusing on developing key raw materials and instruments for cell and gene therapy industry.  

He was CMC Head at Legend Biotech, leading LCAR-B38M CAR T product to clinical trials in China and US (collaborating with Janssen) and also worked on development of novel CAR T products in the pipeline.
