Michael is a Chemist, who started his employment at Endress+Hauser group in 2005. Since 2017 he holds the position of an Industry manager for Life Sciences and Food & Beverages at Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis with global responsibility. During 2009-2016 he acted as the head of product management for analytical sensors & assemblies and before that he used to work 4 years as a product manager for optical sensors.

Between 2000 and 2004 Michael worked in Sales and Marketing as an export area manager and product manager for optical inline sensors. He holds a doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the University of Essen, based on his thesis on Synthesis and Characterization of polycyclic hetarenes.
