Wilbur Ho is the Director of Business Performance for Amgen Singapore Manufacturing where he is simplifying and automating processes with digital, and industry 4.0 technologies.  His team delivers data analytics for business insight to improve operations, and enabling technology platforms to make facilities more reliable, efficient, and agile.  To advance skills and capabilities required for digital transformation, Wilbur is focused on building talent transition plans and business processes to deliver solutions.  Wilbur has recently led a Technology and Innovation Workstream for the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing companies in Singapore.  In partnership with Singapore government agencies, this workstream focuses on accelerating adoption of technologies, building digital communities, and aligning on digital strategies.  

Wilbur has over 20 years of leadership experience in biopharmaceutical technical operations in North America and Asia.  From plant start up to optimizing production, Wilbur has experienced firsthand the practical application of new technology to the industry.  Prior to his current role, Wilbur has held leadership position of increasing responsibilities in area of Manufacturing, Engineering, Science and Technology, and Facilities startups.   

Wilbur holds a BS degree in Biochemical Engineering from University of California, Davis and a Master Business Administration degree from INSEAD in Singapore. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional.
