Mark has over 20 years of sales experience, leading teams to execute scale-up operations in the EMEA region and driving success in digital technology solutions. He joined Kneat in 2016, coming from a leading global IT solutions consultancy and service provider.

Mark is highly skilled at developing the right digital validation action plan for the unique needs of all his pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry clients, to best enable them to streamline and harmonize their validation and quality processes.

He is also active in growing the Kneat Partner Program and works closely with Kneat Academy™ certified digital validation service providers in EMEA and Asia.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Small Business Development from Cranfield School of Management, UK and a BSc in Management and Administration from Aston University, UK. Mark is based in Zurich with his family.
