Kristian is a Partner in McKinsey’s Life Science practice. He leads the global Development Operations service line which comprises of the sub-service lines of CMC, Clinical Supply, Launch and Tech Transfers. Prior to this, Kristian has led the global Pharmaceutical Supply Chain service line.

Kristian’s work is focused on operations, development and strategy related topics in the pharmaceutical industry. He has led projects in Europe, the US, Middle East, Latin America, and Asia.

Kristian holds Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. He visited the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for his master thesis about 'Identification of Lean Enablers for Program Management' and wrote his second thesis in France.
