What platform will be used to conduct the conference?
The conference will use Zoom, with Slido for Q&A and chat functions

How do I register for the virtual conference?
Upon successful registration, you will receive a link to join in an email, so please check your inbox. You will be able to access the event using the email which you used to register.

If you haven’t received or can’t find the email with the link 1 week before the event, please contact us.

On the Day
Simply tune in by clicking on the join link to watch the event live.

Access from Anywhere. Home, office, café, wherever! Desktop, laptop or mobile device. Simply ensure a stable broadband connection.

What if I would like to nominate a replacement attendee?
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no charge. To enable replacement of attendees’ details to take place, let us know in writing at least 5 business days before the start of the event.

On-demand available
Have a meeting to attend? For your viewing flexibility, the event will be recorded for access after its conclusion. This will be available for 3 months.

Notice for participants from China and Indonesia
Please let us know if the access doesn’t work at least 2 days before the event. We will send you an alternative link to access the event.
