Group discount applies to Early Bird & Normal Member/Non-Member rates. It does NOT apply to Emerging Markets/Govt/Academic or mixed on-demand and in-person ticket types.

To qualify, all registrant information must be submitted at the same time. Registrations that arrive later will NOT be eligible for the group discount. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Emerging Markets / Govt / Academics

Before proceeding, please note that these rates apply to:

• Government departments eg health and regulatory authorities, inspectorates
• Educational and research institutes
• Companies operating / individuals residing in 'Emerging Economy' countries as defined by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

Your registration will be reviewed and may be subject to the relevant (additional) registration fee if any of the above do not apply.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing. If the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the conference, attendees will receive a full credit note towards a future conference/training organised by ISPE Singapore. Cancellations received 14 days or less (including the fourteenth day) prior to the conference will be liable for the full fee. 

A substitution from the same organisation can be made at any time in writing at no extra charge. In the event that the conference is cancelled or postponed, payments received at the cancellation/postponement date will be credited towards attendance at a future conference/rescheduled date. Credit notes remain valid for twelve months.
